3 positive

One positive thing that has happened this week is that when I took a test on Friday that I felt confident about that test because it was the last real test that I had to do for sixth grade so when I was the last question I was shaking because I didn’t want to go down on the test so when I pushed next it gave me my score and I was so happy I went up and I wanted to just be so happy that day because I went up ten points and I thought I was going to go down on my test but I went UP!!!. My second positive is a test that I had to take that week and when I took that math test I felt really confident while taking the test that I didn’t think I will get 100% but I think I would get a 3 as close to a four . My third positive is this week I didn’t get any homework yaya and I was able to catch up with all my work and be on time to send my work to my classes.

MAP testing

Hi today I am going to be taking about my MAP testing that was going Tuesday thru Thursday on Tuesday I had the math MAP testing . When we were about to start MAP testing I got a bit nervous because I didn’t want to go down on the MAP test so I took my time and then when I finished I went up six points and I was so happy that I went up and know I was worrying about reading that was next. So on Wednesday when we singed in to the test I was so tired and I just wanted to end the test and go to sleep so most of the test I guest and at the end of the test I went down two points and I was sad because I kind of knew that I was going down because that day was not a good day to do testing because I was just so tired because I woke up late and went to bed late. Then the next day which was the last day and I was so happy that day I was only a bit tired that day so I was ok to go on with the day and test and that day was the language test which last time I went down on so this test I tried my best to do better and some of the questions were easy so I was getting scared that I mite go down but when I was done with the test I was so happy because I went up ten points and I was just so happy that I went up and that i was done testing.

Chicago history

For my Chicago history project I choose H.H.Holmes the reason I choose him was because I like scared things and when I heard he did a murder castle it got me really interested in it so I searched up about him. The other reason I wanted to him was that I heard he built his murder castle out of scratch and that he killed women,children and men and that he killed them in his hotel where there were mazes of stairs and hallways and that each room had no windows and soundproof walls where know one would be able to hear you at and that he would sell the body parts to a college school in Michigan  where he also graduated because he was also the first serial killer to graduate college. Something that interests me even more that he had three wives and two children at the same time and that he killed those children who were his. People believed that what brought this action from H.H.Holmes was because he was bullied when he was a child for being afraid of the doctors office. And also when he graduated he became a doctor he went to school to learn how the be a surgeon and the learn about the body his name was Dr. Holmes when he was a doctor. Family reading night

Hi today I am going to talk about when I went to the family reading night with my friend binbin which I call her but is not her real name. When my mom dropped me off at school because I was going with my friend to the family reading night because none of my other friends wanted to come so I came with her for her award but that didn’t start till seven o’clock and it was only sixth o’clock so we had time to go around the sixth grade hall and go to class rooms. There was an event going on around every room in the sixth grade so me and bibbin went to a ELA room who was my teacher for ela we asked if she needed any help she said if we could put some books on her he table and spread them out so people can read. Then binbin got a text from her other friend that she was here so we went to go meet up with her so we could get tickets for the raffle by going to each room and completing a task. Are first room was the room of china were we had to write about what we learned we copied each other’s we put that women had. Lot of chores to do at home seens that had to be a housewife and take care of there children while men and other things to do. Then we went to a other room where we learned that women also weren’t able to go to school because they were women and that men got a better adulation and that this one woman did not believe that so she made a difference to this world by standing up. Then we went to my math class room where there were book reviews everywhere and we had to read some and pick a book that we would want to read when we get older or over summer break. After that we went to a lady that checked are paper to see if we did the activity’s hen when she confirmed that we did it we got two tickets for every class room we went to which was six tickets. Then we went to one last room before we had to go to the lunch room and look at the rewards so my friends binbin and her friend could get a award. Then the last room we went to was a reading room we had to choose a book on the table and read for 10 Min I was probably the only one who was really doing the work while binbin and her friend talked most of the time then when we were done we went to the lady again. After that was already seven o’clock so we went to the lunch room where binbin got her award and it was probably already eight o’clock and time for me to leave.

50 blog

how I feel about writing almost more than 50 blogs threw the whole school year I never really thought that we would use blogger much but you know what I was wrong we use it everyweek and we write two blogs a week and it is really not that bad. I thought we just had to write about ELA like what did we learn about today and what did you like best about it but no it was totally different from what blogger was . Blogger is something you can write about your life like when we did the slice of life challenge that kept you doing blogger all day writing about something that was like five min long and summing it to blogger. I really never thought I would do more than 50 blogs this sixth grade. Also you don’t have to write about something that happen you can write a story with made up characters so you put you imagination out there and people could read your story. I do hope in Seventh grade we use blogger because it is not bad to write two blogs every week or even more ever week because it could stretch out your writing ability and help you a lot that is why I like it so much . Even though in the begging I forget some blog post I got to them finished them and got back on track so I wasn’t behind in class and I didn’t have to go to working lunch but that I finished it all. So I am really happy that I got more than 50 blogges done on blogger and yea so bye

Favorite song

It is hard for me to just choose one song so I am going choose 3 that I love to listen to on my phone or iPad at home and school. The first one is called Eveybody knows by Sigrid from justice league I really like how the girl sings saying that the hero’s lost the war and the the rich get richer it is a very weird song to understand because first the is singing lightly and then stars to sing strong and I just like the translation between them both. The second song I liked is called River by Eminem ft Ed Sheeran my friend is the one who showed me this song the part that I really like is what Ed Sheeran sings now some times I listen to this song for a hour on replay. First me and my friend were showing each other songs and he gave me this song and I really liked it it was like 11/10 for me . The third song that I love is called You can be king again by laurel I really love how she sings and her lyrics can mean a lot of things to different people and I like how it can reach out to your feelings and the your heart and can make you feel strong and nice by listening to this song. So those were 3 of my favorite songs to listen to because as you can see I can’t just choose one that would be unfair but yea bye 👋.

Favorite poem

So today I went to the library to get a poem book to right this book and so I could read more about poems the I found this book called A Light in the Attic by Shel Silverstein I went trough the book to see the one I liked most. But when I was searching for a poem I saw this on it was called DEAF DONALD how it went was like this “Deaf Donald met talkie sue But Singh language was all he could do. And Sue said ,”Do you like me to ?” But sigh language was all he could do. “Goodbye then, Donald , I’m leaving you “. But sign language was all he could do. And she left forever so she never knew that what he was sign language mean I love you. There is really know reasons why I liked this it just sounded sweet to me that seens he was deaf that she didn’t know what he was saying and that she thought he didn’t like her so she left not knowing anything. But really he was saying I love you to her but she never knew at all and that kind of was a sad sweet poem so I really liked it even though the ending was kind of sad and all.

My favorite poetry

Hi today when I went to go look for a poem that I liked or that was my favorite it was quite hard because I saw three that I really liked one of them said “ Girls are like apples on trees. The best ones Are at the top of the tree. The boys don’t want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and get hurt. Instead, they just get the rotten apples from the ground that aren’t as good but easy. So the apples at the top think something is wrong them, When in reality, they’re amazing. They just have to wait for the right boy to come along, the ones brave enough to climb all the way to the top of the tree.” And I decided that I really liked this one so I choose to right why I liked it . The reason I really liked it because it was saying that some of the boys didn’t really try uthat they just got the soft or rottens one and that you had to wait for that one to come to be brave enough to climb that tree. The other reason I also really liked this is what happens if you switched the parts and the boys were the apples and the girls were the pickers that the girls got the rotten ones because they were scared of getting hurt just like the boys . So the reason I really liked this because there were different point to the poem and that the could change that the boys could be the rotten ones or even the girls to be the rotten.

Spring Break

   This spring break, I stayed home with my mother and my step dad and we watched movies all day long. My mom was able to cook for us. I got to go outside with my best friend and go with them to the park. We got to play soccer outside our house. Then on Easter, instead of going to my aunts house, we had Easter at our house. We invited most of my family like my grandmother, my uncle, and my uncles wife and their baby. After Easter dinner, me, my mom, and my uncle and his wife, we played lorteria. The game was technically like Mexican bingo. After that, me and my uncle and his wife went to play monopoly and my mother was getting tired so she went to go sit down with my grandmother and the baby. We wrapped up the night with that and after, we went to sleep. The end.

Goals for Q4

My goal for Q4 is that I want to try to turn in all of my work like bloggers,essays and other work that the teacher gives us so I don’t have to go to working lunch or even after school so I don’t have any problems with my work this goal is for ela. For math what I want to work on for my goal is to try to start remembering the formula and to try to practice with surface area because I do struggle with that and some time making the nets I also want to work on remembering to bring my note book to take notes because today I forgot my notebook and I needed it so I want to work on that. I also do want to work on trying to go to school everyday so I can get slip to dress down. My third goal is to just really try hard these last few weeks of school and try my best by not playing around in my classes so I can get good grade on my last report card in till we go to seventh grade and again to try to finish all my work in my classes even my 4 blocks like my art class and gym to work as hard as I can. Hi today I am going to talk about when is social justice Thea’s college students came in to talk to us for a little bit and ask us questions about are big and final project for social justice. So before the college kids went to ask us questions we had to learn a bit about themselfs so are teacher said that to put some questions for them on a index card and raise are handes to be called to ask them the questions so we had to partner up again and I was by jade so we partnered up to ask questions and we we put down on the index card that where do they live?,how old are they?,are they lonely?,and do they like Some Mexican foods that we choose. But we didn’t get called which was ok I didn’t really mind about it so after that they were saying were they lived and if they lived on campus of there school three of them said no they didn’t live on campus one of them said that they did with a roommate. They were taking about how they got there money to go to the school because I was not cheap a lot saying some of them couldn’t ask there parents for the money seens it cost so much saying they had to save and get scholarships to get in the school and they had to get more active in the school like clubs and other things that included the school a lot.

Hi today I am going to talk about walking to science from my excel today so when I found out that my partner for my forecast project in science wasn’t here I started freaking out a bit because we had to record today. So when we got up from are seates and go to are classes for block one I told be best friend Jenny what happen and she was like what are you doing for the topic I said that I was doing hurricane with my partner and that he wasn’t here and she told me to ask if I could join a group and I said ok. When I was waking down the hall I could see my other best friend jovani and I mouthed talk to him saying that my partner wasn’t here and what should I do he said what then when I got closer I said Harvey wasn’t here so what should I do he said to see is I could have joined there group because I didn’t really care for his partner to I said I could ask are teacher when isee her. When I was in the door way I saw her standing there my teacher and I told her how my partner was not here so that what should I do she said that you were lucky because we weren’t doing recording today because she had a meeting with someone she said hat we will be watching a movie I was grateful that she said those words. While I was walking in I was hoping that my partner would be here next class so we could get a good grade on the project so we wouldn’t fail the project and we would be able to record when he got here. So this is what happen when I was walking to science from my exel worrying that what would happen when we weren’t even doing that today.

Hello today I am going to talk about how me and my partner in social justice picked are topic so in social justice my justice teacher said to pick a partner for are final project and grade in social justice so the first person I choose is jade. So we sit together in the same table and the teacher explains what we are going to do for the final project and what we can do it on and what it could be about so he give us a double sheet of papers and tells us the you and your partner have to decide on a project that we have talked about in social justice so me and jade looked at each other and put some ideas on a piece of paper so we could go over them a choose the topic on the poster that we choose to put all are information. So when we went over them we really liked the idea of the identity figure that we did for one of are homework in social justice explaining where we come from who we are inside. So we choose to put a big identity figure on the poster and cut it in half so one half would be mine and the other hers so we would take it home one day and do are own side so that we can finish faster.

Hi today I am going to talk about when it was the first day of school and me and my best friend jovani walked to school . We left about 7:40 to walk to school I was super nervous and kind of excited to see my other friends. So when walking to school me and jovani just taking hoping we were in the same classes and we could sit next to each other in are classes. But we knew that we had different excels because at open house we saw them and met them. When we were about maybe a block or two away I started feeling a bit nauseous in my stomach because I wanted to have classes with my friends and what happened if I didn’t know anybody at all in my class. I tried to calm my self thinking it will be fine because we had a half day and my friends would be there with me at the end of day. When we were able to see the school I just started to stare at it and like I am really in sixth grade out of elementary and now in middle just wow. We now were walking up to the door and opened it and that is when my sixth grade life started in about five to six minutes.

hi today I am going to talk about when I was five minutes away from getting my hair died to blue so right when I arrived to my dad house my step mom told me to show her a picture of what I wanted she said ok and that to do the design I wanted I had to get layers in my hair to die the bottom piece so because my step mom is a hair stylist and she said she would do my hair for me for free . I said that would be awesome if she did so after about two min of taking what I wanted she said let’s go to the basement to start I said ok because where she dose here work is in the basement. While I was going down to the basement I can hear my sisters foot steps running to come with me down stairs I told her I was getting my hair done and that I was going to color my hair blue and she said she wanted to color her hair to. When my step mom came down she had a lot of material to do my hair I was kinda nervous to see what it would look like when we where done with everything then that it when she started to do my hair....

Hi today I am going to talk about how that my table didn’t get called for recess so just like every day I go to lunch with one of my friends and we sit at are table we get are lunch and sat down we eat it and when we finish the teachers start to call up tables to go to recess and my table really thought we were going to get called because the teacher looked at are table then looked back at the person collecting the money to go to recess and we were ready to run up and give the teacher are money then he looked at another table and called them. Then hen we realized it that was that last table to go to recess. So everyone in my table was mad because some people that went to recess always go everyday because they are the closest to the teacher and always ready to get called and it gets annoying because they always go . We were going to tell the teacher that they always go but then to him it would seem like we are just mad because we didn’t go and we are but they go everyday. So we decided not to tell because he would probably not call us tomorrow if we did so we just left it trying really hard not to be mad at the teacher and the table.

Hi today I am going to talk about how parc testing was for math we had about I think 90min I probably took abou a hour maybe less there was 22 question to answer. I was a bit nervous because I thought I would have not have that much time to finish but I did I and I was glad so when I started the test I was like will there be a really hard question that I would not know. So when I opened the test the question was not super easy even a bit confusing but when I wrote it out and said what I was going to do it was not as confusing as I thought it was. But when I started to get to the middle of the questions they were just timesing and multiplying numbers which was quite easy they some of them were getting confusing again and this time it took my a while to find out what to do and what numbers I needed and didn’t need , so I started taking my time and just try to find out the answer. Then when I came to the end of the test the last question number 22 I did not even understand what it was asking for me to do it just gave me numbers that repeated itself and a chart and I saw that the person next to me had the same problem and we both looked at each other in confusion about the question and we both just tried what we thought was right hoping it was right.

Hi today I am going to talk about when I got hit with a ketchup packet today so when I went to lunch and got my food I went to my table then my friends were coming in and sat down at the table with me and we ate are lunch. I grabbed one of my ketchup packets and flipped it to my friends head but I missed and he picked it up and threw it at me and it hit me in the middle of my forehead. Everyone at the table started laughing and I was like I am going to kill you and he got scared and was like sorry but yet still laughing. Then I grabbed the ketchup packet and put it in my plate and threw it out before my friend that hit me in the head and threw it out in the garage can that was right next to me and threw it out. Then he was like noooooooo and then we just when on with are day like it didn’t even happen so that’s how I got hit in the head with a ketchup packet.

A couple weeks ago I went to a restaurant and when I was walking out of a restaurant I saw these little girls outside of the restaurant and I was thinking to my self where are there parents and why were they alone outside in the cold like this. Then when me and my parents walked out of the restaurant and turned a corner we saw that the girls were Girl Scout and they were selling cookies . We tried to avoid them and get to our car quickly before they came but then we hear a mother screaming out saying look their people here. Then we hear the girls screaming and saying you want to be are Girl Scout cookies me and my mom said no it’s fine we don’t need it but then my dad said I will take one box of mint and one box of peanut butter and one little girl was screaming THAT WILL BE $5!! Mr and my dad took out $5 and she snapped it out of his hands saying here you go. When they gave are cookies we said thank you and left when we were walking to the car we were laughing about what had happened and saying that they wouldn’t take no for a answer in till we bought their cookies. We got in the car a drove off back to are house still laughing about what had just happened.

Favorite Quote

My favorite quote is “ sometimes you will never know the value of a moment in tell in becomes a memory” - by Dr Suess because what I Think he is trying to say is that maybe something that you thought was a moment became a memory that you will remember forever when you get older and would remember that old memories and laugh or cry about them. You would probably even say that I never thought this would happen to me or even to someone like a example would be that when someone ask you to marry them and you are surprised anwering that question could depend how you future is in the future. Or let’s say that something horrible happened like a car crash and you got hurt or someone else got hurt that little moment becomes a memory it could scar you because of that moment or in could bless you in that moment. Another reason is maybe you got this new book that you are dying to read and when you read it you travel the world with that small book that you didn’t even know it would be able to that so that moment of wanting to read it became a memory of traveling the world. This is one of my favorite quotes because you don’t know weather you are wrong or not is can be a mystery in till you find out the truth.

Slice of lif waking up this morning

When i woke up at 6:40 this morning it was tiring because my alarm woke me up with a loud sound very annoying I pressed the snooze button to go back to bed then a minute later it went off again and i got made and snoozed it again to go back to bed . After about two more minutes it went off and I got up to turn it off finally then i said to my self to get up even though i wanted to say in bed very badly i got up to get ready to bed as i got up and went off the bed and touched the floor which was freezing cold like ice . Walked up to my window to look how it looked outside and it was pouring outside and i thought What a sad day its going to be and i sighed.

Essay claim physics assisted suicide

My claim for my essay is that people should be able to do physicals assisted suicide because  people should be able to choose to die the way they want peacefully like let’s say your loved one was in a coma for so many years or moths you should have the ability to choose weather you want them to pull the plug or not because you would be the one looking after that person and no just if let’s say you are really hurt that they are just dying slow and they can’t take it they should be able to choose to die . People should not be against this because people should have a right for them selfs or there loved one or related to to choose what happens to that person death .

Snow day

On my snow day which was Saturday I played outside with my best friend first we ran all around the block jumping in snow having fun . After we were done with that we threw snow balls at ice to see them fall on the floor and break and we were pretending to have swords with the ice and fighter in front of the house we got the ice that we got from that house. We went in side after that to warm up then went back outside we went to the back of our house and their were inches of snow and we had to step through it to get to the back then we gave up and went back inside to warm up again but that time we stayed inside. We played videogame in till like 5:pm when my mother told me to leave and get back home so this is what I did for my snow day.

For or against Uniforms

I am against uniforms for school because it blocks your creativity and you are able to feel comfortable in the clothes you pick yes it mite take time to pick because you want to feel comfortable while you are at school like when you go to gym or even art. You do less Laundry then you normally do and all the kids at school will look different so you would be able to tell them apart. When you are shopping for school uniform it will costs you a lot morez because you are getting surest things it will cost you more. This is the reason that I believe that we should not wear uniforms because it can block your seen of style,creativity and comfort and how you look .

Opposing views

I think killer whales should be in captivity they get all the things that need like food shelter and friends. I know you might think that killer whales have been killing people it doesn’t mean we can’t prevent that the trainers take precaution when there dealing with these animals. These animals are well taken care of we make sure we do check ups on them to make sure that they are healthy and the reason why they take  these animals as there young because they want them to get used to there environment at an early age so they don’t freak out. But if they do start to get crazy we drug them so they don’t go wild and the orca hurts itself. We make sure they are  entertaining the people as well so we don’t go out of business

Freeeeeeeeeee post

For my free post I chose to do what my goals for quarter three My first goal for quarter three is to still work hard and try to come to school everyday so I don’t miss anything important like test, lessons and homework. Because last quarter when I tried to do those goals I did end up with a good grades and I won’t end up behind in my school work. My second goal for quarter three is to make sure that the night before I have everything in my backpack so I don’t leave anything at home and get in trouble at school . My third goal is to make sure I get to sleep early so that when I wake up I am not tired at all so I have a good day at school and I don’t fall asleep at school and get in trouble which my teacher. For my last goal I want to make sure that I do my homework early and make sure that I finish it so that when I get more homework it won’t just stack up and I will have to do at last minute and it won’t be good at all.

The difference between non-fictional and fiction

 The difference of non-fiction and fiction is that non-fiction is real and not made up like other books are like they could be about how animals habitats or like how are earth works those would be non-fiction books. In non-fiction books there are like photos ,charts and graphs also in the non-fiction book you would be reading you would see most of the time a table contents to show you the topics page number. You would read kind of books like theas kind of books to learn new information about maybe a favorite topic that you like to read a lot. Also there would be true facts in the book for you to learn and with would most of the time have a glossary if you don’t know a kind of word and their would be labels to a topic or a picture or chart to tell you what it is. Now fiction is not real they are made up stories, tales or even myths they could be about talking animals aliens taking over earth even. In fiction books their is always a beginning , middle and ending in the story that you would be reading. Also their would be characters and a setting like it could be Snow White the character and the cabin in the woods for the setting it would be something like that. You would read fiction to be enjoyed with like if their was magic in the book or if there was something even better than that you would have to read to find out. In fiction story’s their would be illustrations or some kind of drawing some sort to show you what it would look like or what the setting would look like some kind of that sort. I personally love fiction because you could go so much with your imagination with fiction it would be like you are in the person life that you would be reading about in that fiction book you would be reading.

What did I do over winter break.

What I did over break was go to Colorado Aspen, California Los Angeles and  in Las Vegas and in Las Vegas we were there for about a week and a half and for three day we were in los angels we got to see the stars that had famous people name on them. I got to Jonny depp and I was extremely excited about seeing it. When it was time to go back home it was not that fun because their were five people in a car and took about thirty hours to get back home almost the same as driving to Colorado.most of the time when I was in the car I was listening to music and staring outside the window or I was playing with my sis and talking to my step brother. While he was listening to music to while I was reading on a book or reading comics on my phone.when we got home I was so excited to see my best friend jovani and my mom and dad home waiting for me and the last three days of break I was catching up with me family making sure they were ok.on the last day of my witer break I went to a children’s museum and it was super fun their were building station and water station also they was a glow in the dark writing station.

New year resolution

My New Year resolution is to make sure I can get as much rest I can for school so I am not tired the day and I can be able to participate in school. Also to make sure that I eat in the morning so I am not hungry in the morning and make sure I also eat lunch. Also I want to make sure that in all of my classes that i finish my homework and when we get repot card that they are 3 or 4 so I could better my self and my parents would be very happy and pleased that I am doing good in school or at least I try to do the best I can in schoo and that is my New year resolution.
